Kelly was able to work with my whole being, from my thoughts and reactions to situations in my life and how that affected my well being. The most significant changes that I have noticed are my weight loss and the fact that I no longer have acid reflux which was caused by my diet and level of stress. Kelly was instrumental in getting me on the right path. I now have more self-confidence and have the tools to be the "me" that I want to be!

The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been that I am better able to deal with the stressors in my life. I have new tools equipped to manage stress.  I have learned how to be more in tune with how I respond to the different foods I eat, both physically and emotionally. 

My energy levels have increased and my skin has improved a lot.  

Kelly was very interested in my journey and seeing me succeed.

My top three goals upon starting the 3-month program were: To sleep better, to have more energy throughout the day and to feel healthy and in control of my health.
