Lemon Mustard Pepper Chicken

Do you ever have days where there's just not enough time to do everything that you have to do?

Well, this recipe is really easy to put together so that you can just walk away and let the Instant pot or slow cooker do the work for you!


2 lbs chicken, cut into 2 inch pieces

3 bell peppers of choice, chopped

1/4 cup red onion, chopped

2 cups chicken stock

3/4 cup dijon mustard

2 tbs tamari or say sauce

1/4 cup sugar

juice of 1 lemon
