3 cups chickpeas 1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 small onion, chopped 1/4 cup nutritional yeast 1/4 chopped parsley 1/4 lime juice 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp cumin salt and pepper
1/2 breadcrumbs 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
