Immunity Boosting Cod Chowder

We need all the help we can get when it comes to fighting colds and pesky flus. This recipe is filled with the right prescription to help you keep your immune system in check while you suit up in your fighting bug armour!

It's quick, it's easy and it's deliciously powerful!


1 large shallot, chopped 2 tbsp oil or ghee (clarified butter) 1 large portobello mushroom, sliced 1-inch ginger, grated (equal to 1 tbsp) 1-3 cloves garlic, crushed 3 cups baby potatoes, cubed 4 cups stock, chicken or vegetable 3/4 cup white wine 1 1/2 -2 lbs cod fillet, cut into 3-4 inch pieces 2 cups spinach 1 1/2 cups sugar snap peas 2 tbsp miso paste 1/4 cup basil, finely chopped (optional)
