Fully Loaded Breakfast Frittata

A big part of eating healthy is to maintain healthy blood sugar levels. With our typical North American diet, we are overexposed to sugary, highly processed carbohydrate rich foods, especially at breakfast, which allows our blood sugar to peek early in the morning and crash rapidly mid-morning leaving you " hangry ".

This fully loaded breakfast frittata will keep you full all morning and there should be enough leftovers to keep you going for a few mornings.
