Dinner time is the most important time of the day in my house. The family comes together after a full day of school, work, activities etc. It's a time when we can all share what's on our mind and reconnect. Feeding my family the best possible food is very important to me as I know how important it is to their overall wellbeing. I also don't want to spend all day cooking.
This recipe is very quick to pull together and it is extremely delicious!
6 chicken breasts 1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 cup chopped celery 2 cloves garlic, minced 10 pimento olives, chopped 12 pitted prunes, chopped 1 tbsp dried oregano 1 tbsp dried basil 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp dried coriander 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
