So what's the big fuss?

They are full of fibre, which helps you stay full for a longer period of time. Avocados are low in sugar and are high in heart-healthy monounsaturated fats.
I add avocados to my diet as often as I can and here's an easy way that you can too!
4 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and mashed
1/4 cup of chopped roma (plum) tomatoes
1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
1/4 cup of minced onion
1 lime, juiced
1 tsp salt
In a medium bowl, mix avocados with lime juice and salt.
Combine remaining ingredients
This recipe is extremely easy to whip up if you have the perfect avocados on hand.
