20 Minute Fish Packets
This is so quick and easy! You will be the master of the kitchen!
It's not alway easy to get a healthy meal on the table when you have people coming and going at different times, especially if you're the driver to and from all of these never ending activities.
This is so much fun to make that you will have no trouble finding extra helping hands!
You will need 6 (12 inch) pieces of parchment paper
3 small/medium sized zucchini, cut into sticks 3 small or 2 medium carrots, cut into sticks 6 fish pieces of choice, salmon, cod, haddock, halibut 1 lemon, cut into 6 - 8 wedges 6 cloves, garlic salt and pepper, to taste 2 1/2 tsp maple syrup, divided into 1/2 Tsp portions
