One Day Getaway
It's been a long hard winter and it's time to shake it off!
Let's take this opportunity to revisit our inner space and re-establish that true place of knowing and self-love through movement, breath, self-contemplation, and stillness.
-The entire day will be structured to support you on your journey of compassion and self-care through; Yoga, breath awareness, self-contemplation, creativity, and meditation.
-A healthy lunch will be provided with ample time to connect with other enthusiastic yogis.
Kelly is a certified yoga instructor. She has been practicing yoga for 14 years and teaching for 7 years. Kelly is also an integrative nutrition health coach and endeavors to share her love of self-care through yoga and healthy living.
